About Houston Language Institute

We are a privately owned institution located in Houston, TX, dedicated to educating a diverse community through a shared language. Our commitment extends to providing an inclusive environment where students, regardless of age, can learn and achieve success. One notable program we now offer is the Fast Track GED program. At the Houston Language Institute, language acquisition takes center stage, with offerings including English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, reading programs, and more. Recently, we've expanded our programs to include Spanish and Portuguese classes for adults. Our diverse range of courses encompasses 9-month intensive ESL and Spanish programs with various levels, as well as reading classes and basic computer skills training. Additionally, we provide U.S. Citizenship programs and GED preparation courses, available in both English and Spanish. We offer tutoring for most courses and certifications, demonstrating our commitment to supporting our students in their journey to success
