How do I order a lesson on Preply?

Preply is an online platform that connects students with tutors for one-on-one lessons. To order an hour on Preply, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Preply website and create an account.
  2. Search for tutors who offer the subject you are interested in learning. You can use the filters on the site to narrow down your search by location, price, availability, and more.
  3. Once you have found a tutor who you would like to work with, you can click on their profile to view more information about them, including their qualifications and ratings from previous students.
  4. Click on the "Book" button to schedule a lesson with the tutor. You can choose the date and time that works best for you.
  5. On the checkout page, you can review the details of your lesson, including the price, duration, and subject. You can also enter your payment information to complete the booking.



Once your booking is complete, you will receive confirmation of your lesson and can contact your tutor to discuss any details or questions you may have.

What happens if I wanna cancel a lesson after ordered it on Preply?

If you need to cancel a lesson that you have booked on Preply, you can contact your tutor to discuss the cancellation. The exact policy for cancellations will depend on the tutor, but most tutors on Preply will allow you to cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours' notice without charging a cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee or lose the lesson credit.

  2. Find the lesson that you want to cancel and click on it to view the details.
