In Bengali, the names of days and months are not capitalized unless they begin a sentence. The definite article "the" is usually dropped in Bengali when talking about days or months.
To say "on Monday", you can say "সোমবারে" (Shombare), where "ে" is a case marker indicating time.
Examples:
- I go to school on Monday. - আমি সোমবারে স্কুলে যাই। (Ami Shombare schoole jai.)
- My birthday is in December. - আমার জন্মদিন ডিসেম্বর মাসে। (Amar jonmodin December mashe.)
